Our mountain wedding was perfect, and Shannon and Joe played a HUGE role in making it that way! When you work with them, you are treated as friends, and you get to experience the sincere delight with which they serve all of their clients (friends!). From the beginning, Shannon and Joe helped us frame our perfect wedding day by asking an insightful question: What do we want our first day of marriage to look like? This really helped us think through exactly what we wanted for our wedding, and leave out what wasn't necessary. 

As a photographer, it truly doesn't get better than Shannon. You spend a lot of time with your photographer on your actual wedding day, and Shannon is the person you'll want to spend time with: she is warm, fun, joyful, and sets everyone at ease while snapping the perfect photographs of you and your loved ones. She even helped us find the best location for our mountainside Colorado wedding, scouting ceremony and reception spots for us weeks beforehand! We had so much fun with Shannon hiking up the mountainside right after our ceremony to get the most breathtaking wedding portraits, and it was a highlight of our day. 

We also hired Joe to DJ our small 40-people wedding reception inside the living room of an Airbnb... and it was an absolute blast. Joe does an incredible job before the wedding day to gauge your musical tastes, and delivers the perfect mix for an unforgettable dance floor. Our guests still talk about how much fun dancing in our living-room wedding was and how great our DJ was!

Shannon was amazing from day one. She helped us put together a timeline and understand a few different scenarios for what our day could look like. She also scouted the venue with us a few months before so that we were prepared the day of on where we wanted to shoot photos! Our wedding day went SO smooth thanks to her and she really captured so many genuine emotions. She sent us sneak peaks TWO days after our wedding and when I tell you my jaw hit the floor....I am still in love. I would hire her 10 times over again and I can't wait to have another excuse to hang out with her :)

We also hired Joe as our DJ (talk about a power couple), and you guys... he throws an absolute banger of a party! It has been weeks since our wedding and I am still receiving phone calls from family and friends saying how much fun they had on our dance floor thanks to Joe. He had us work through a list of music types we like and helped us understand the best songs to choose for each event of the night. His playlist did not disappoint, he nailed our vibe perfectly and kept the party going for 3.5 hours!!

Holy Moly! You guys are the absolute greatest! I had no idea what to do after getting engaged and I definitely didn’t know where to start after we decided to elope…. But Shannon Terrell, you walked me through everything and made this process so easy! After being referred to you and looking at your work, I was hooked on traveling to Colorado and making you our photographer and minister and I’m soooo glad we did!!!
